You are the ones who move with urgency when urgency is needed, who keep the floor organized when everything feels like chaos, and who offer a kind word or a steady hand to a patient in the in-between moments that matter more than anyone realizes. The work you do is the foundation that nurses, physicians, and clinicians stand on every single day, and without you the whole system would come to a halt.
